S&P REVISES OUTLOOK ON THE MUNICIPAL GUARANTEE BOARD FROM STABLE TO NEGATIVE
On May 5, 2026, S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on the Municipal Guarantee Board from stable to negative. At the same time, the long- and short-term issuer credit ratings (‘AA+/A-1+’) were affirmed.
The outlook revision reflects the change in the outlook on the Republic of Finland, which caps the ratings of the Municipal Guarantee Board under S&P’s criteria.
